On 20 July 2026, people gathered for the Sansad March to raise their voices peacefully, and met brutality and violence. In that same moment we saw something powerful: the compassion, solidarity, and care of people standing together as a community. Saathi exists to rebuild and strengthen that support, building a network so that no one who was there is left alone, and everyone can reach the help they need.
What we do
We connect people who want to help with the people who need it.
If you can contribute supplies like medical kits or waste-management materials, we know what the protest site needs, and when. We’ll put you in touch with a volunteer on the ground who can tell you exactly what to order, when to order, where to have it delivered (if you’re using an instant-delivery app), and the UPI QR code to pay.
If you can offer your skills, as a doctor, physiotherapist, nurse, mental health professional, or lawyer, we’ll connect you directly with someone who needs that kind of help.
How it works

Before you send help
Don’t send help without someone there to receive it. Multiple roads are barricaded around the protest site, and we’ve seen a lot of food and supplies go to waste this way.
We never take money
Saathi doesn’t take direct money transfers. There is no payment link anywhere on this site. Please be careful of fake donation links circulating online.
